Everyone is welcome to this friendly group.
Gentle exercise improves balance and coordination to help reduce joint pain and decrease risk of falls.
It helps to maintain muscle strength and the ability to perform daily tasks, improves posture and reduces rate of bone loss associated with aging, and promotes blood circulation.
Our teacher is Sarah Jiri.
She is qualified in fitness and group exercise, an accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach and is certified in falls prevention.
