Join our Strength & Balance Class. All are welcome to this friendly group.

  • Improves posture and reduces rate of bone loss associated with aging.
  • Promotes blood circulation.

About the teacher:

  • Qualified in Fitness and Group Exercise
  • Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach and Certified Falls Prevention.
