Join our Strength & Balance Class. All are welcome to this friendly group.

- Helps to maintain muscle strength and ability to perform daily tasks
- Improves posture and reduces rate of bone loss associated with aging.
- Promotes blood circulation.
About the teacher:
- Qualified in Fitness and Group Exercise
- Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach and Certified Falls Prevention.
